    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At LuxaYard we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the product they purchased from us.     1. WHAT IS THE REFUND TERM?
    We have a 14 day warranty, which means you can return a product within 14 days of receipt.

    2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
    Refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method after we have received the products, inspected them and ensure they have not been opened. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with tracking information so that we can process the refund.
    Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund after we issue it.

    3. WHY CAN'T SOME OF YOUR BEAUTY AND HEALTH PRODUCTS BE RETURNED AFTER OPENING?
    Some of our beauty and health products are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and for the safety of all our customers we do not allow the return of opened items. We are not alone in this decision - other beauty and health product suppliers do not allow opened products for the same reasons.

    4. WHY CANNOT CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

    Some of our products can be customized so there is a unique product for everyone. Due to this uniqueness, these products cannot be returned as they are simply unusable and will be thrown away.

    5. DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS OF MY RETURN?
    Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option as our partner cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

    6. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?
    You must contact us before sending your return as the return address may be different from the address your order originally came from.

Our team will help you solve the problem as quickly as possible. You should receive a response within 24 hours. We will use this information to help you with your order and prevent errors in the future.
