    We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or other problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

    Place an order
    The ordering process at LuxaYard is as simple as possible. First you need to add the product you want to purchase to your cart on the product page. You do this by clicking on the black "Add to cart" button.

    Here it is important to check whether you have selected the correct variants. If everything is OK, click the "Continue to Checkout" button. You must enter the correct address details on the information page. Make sure all information is entered correctly. If the information is correct, you can click the "Continue Submit" button.

    On the "Shipping" page you have the option to check the entered address details. You can also see that every shipment is delivered completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always pay shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Continue to Payment" button.

    In the payment options you can choose from different payment methods. All payment options on ellismore.nl are SSL encrypted, so you can always rely on a secure payment environment with Paypal.

    After you have chosen the correct payment method, you must click on the "Complete order" button, after which you will be redirected to the secure payment environment of your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on the relevant page to complete your order. If you have any problems with your order, you can contact us at any time.

    Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are always free.

    Shipping your order

    To ensure that we can charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to collect packages in large quantities and ship them in one go when the minimum quantity is reached. We hope you understand this and will help us create a better and healthier world.

    Once you have placed an order with us, you can easily see after a few days when your package will arrive. You will receive an email with your personal tracking code, with which you can track your order via our tracking partner DHL.

    Delivery of your order
    When your order is delivered, you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return? Then take a look at this page.

    Defective product?
    What a pity! Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always provide a new package for free the first time and unfortunately we cannot refund money. Does it arrive defective the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase amount.

    Lost package?
    If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund and return.

    Delivery outside the home or at the post office
    If a package is delivered to the front door or left in a post office, LuxaYard has covered the costs of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier and we have the right to deduct €15 from the amount you will receive back.
